Shecky's Credit Card Policy: All ticket orders are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable and can be given to a third party. Cash payments must be delivered in person to Shecky's Live, 678 Broadway, 4th Floor, NY, NY 10012. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend this event. If you purchase tickets for minors under the age of 21 they will not be allowed in the event and no refund will be made available. Shecky's Live Inc., will not issue exchanges or refunds or apply ticket purchase amounts to other events after a purchase has been made or if your tickets have been lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

For Shecky’s Wine trip ticket purchases: Bus departs promptly at 8:30am from Lexington Ave & 40th St. If you do not check-in with a Shecky’s representative prior to departure time, the bus will not wait for you. If you miss the departure, a refund or exchange will not be granted.

By entering the event, you agree that Shecky’s may videotape and photograph me, and record my voice, conversation and sounds, during and in connection with my appearance and that Shecky’s shall be the exclusive owner of the results of such taping, photography and recording (the “property”) with the right to use that property throughout the world in all media now known or hereinafter invented, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, and to copyright and license others to use all or any portion, or a reproduction, thereof in the same manner, including, without limitation, in a program to be produced and disseminated by a promotional partner or advertising partner of Shecky’s. You also agree that your photo or a likeness of you may be used for promotional purposes without compensation to you.
