Booth sizes are listed below, and are also provided on your contract.
Girls Night Out Booth Packages
Basic Booth (50ft- 10ft wide x 5ft deep)
- One 8ft. x 2 ½ ft. table
- One black tablecloth
- Two standard folding chairs
- Outlet
Upgraded Booth Option #1 (75ft- 15ft wide x 5ft deep)*
- Two 6ft. x 2 ½ ft. table
- Two black tablecloths
- Three standard folding chairs
- Outlet
Upgraded Booth Option #2 (100ft- 20ft wide x 5ft deep)*
- Two 8ft. x 2 ½ ft. table
- Two black tablecloths
- Three standard folding chairs
- Outlet
*Due to spacing issues at venues, these two options are limited. Please speak to your Client Strategist or Account Services Coordinator if you require extra space.
Booth Spacing
Please note the following in regards to your booth spacing-
- ALL of your booth materials MUST fit within the confines of your space.
- If you have rolling racks, shelves, etc. you will need to request a smaller table. Please notify your Account Services Coordinator at least two weeks in advance about this.
- To avoid problems on-site, think about your booth layout in advance. Send your Account Services Coordinator a complete list of your booth materials & signage to be sure that your layout will work. Please note that we will strictly enforce booth sizes at our 2011 events.
- All participants are responsible for arranging for their table dressings, tablecloths, signage, displays, etc. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Booth Placement
Booth assignments will be pre-assigned, not on a first come, first serve basis. Booth assignments will be given to you when check in at the event and will not be provided earlier in advance. Once you are assigned a booth location, it will remain yours for the duration of the event.
