Booth Set-Up Schedule

Booth Sizes Load-In Time (Check-In)

All events except for Southampton- 10am until 3pm on the day you are scheduled to participate in the event.

Southampton Girls Day Out ONLY- 9:00am- 11:00am on the day you are scheduled to participate in the event.

There will load-in assistance during these check-in hours.

All vendors are responsible for bringing and shipping their booth materials during this time frame, as items cannot be shipped earlier nor held onto by the venue.

Event Times

All events except for Miami & Southampton- 5:00pm until 10:00pm.

Miami Girls Night Out- 6:00pm until 11:00pm

Southampton Girls Day Out- 1:00pm until 6:00pm

Load-Out Time

All events except for Miami & Southampton- 10:00pm until Midnight

Miami Girls Night Out- 11:00pm until 1:00am

Southampton Girls Day Out- 6:00pm until 8:00pm

Load-out cannot begin until the event has ended. Early load-out will not be permitted as it is disruptive to the event and disrespectful to other participants and event attendees. If you load-out early, you may not be allowed to participate at future events.

Please note that Shecky’s will not make shipping arrangements on behalf of vendors.  Nothing can be left behind at the event for a pick-up either. All materials are the responsibility of each participant!

Note for multiple-day participants: If you are participating in more than one day of a multiple-day event, you can leave your items overnight. We will have security, but you leave your merchandise at your own risk. Shecky’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
