Load-In Address: 13th street, between Chestnut and Market Sts. (closer to Market & directly across from the Post Office parking lot). Do not enter through the Macy’s Front Entrance. Please proceed to the side of the building.

- Mail: Send a request to the PA Department of Revenue, Tax Forms Service Unit, 711 Gibson Blvd., Harrisburg, PA 17104-3200. Application process takes approximately 7-10 days.
