Summer Share Rentals
Summer Share season starts May 1 thru Sept 30, 2009

Option 1: Weekend Rentals
Arrive Fri by 11am, Depart Sunday by 8pm
1 to 3 Weekends: $450 per weekend
4 to 5 Weekends: $400 per weekend
6 to 9 Weekends: $350 per weekend
10 or more Weekends: $300 per weekend

If you are purchasing above and want to add additional weekday nights, rate is $100 per additional night (Sunday thru Thurs nts with departure by 5pm the following day)

Option 2: Weekday Rentals
$150 per person per night (2 person or $300 minimum per night)
(Monday thru Thurs nts with departure by 5pm the following day)

Option 3: 1 Week Rental
Arrive Monday by 11am, Depart Sunday by 8pm Minimum $7500 for up to 16 people

Option 4: Month of May Rental
Minimum $25,000 for up to 16 people

Option 5: Month of June Rental
Minimum $32,000 for up to 16 people

Option 6: Month of September Rental
Minimum $20,000 for up to 16 people
