FAQ

• One weekend consists of a 2-night stay with arrival on Friday and departure on Sunday. If a guest wants access to the house on a Thursday or Monday – this is allowed upon availability and must be arranged 2 weeks in advance with the house coordinator
• At any given weekend, we will have around 10-15 people a weekend (average age range = 25-35 years old)
• The house is quite spacious (6000 square feet!) and never feels crowded because people are either at the pool, beach or in town etc… at any given time
• This is a non-smoking house but there will be plenty of ashtrays outside if you want to smoke
• Most guests are single but there are usually a few couples (couples are always welcome of course!)…plus this summer, we’re shooting for a more even mix of men vs. women
