Trio: Croatian-owned Trio marries a huge range of wines with the carefully selected Dalmatian ingredients that make the menu special. The classic bar inside is simple marble, with gilded surfaces lending a friendly touch. Summers bring prix-fixe meals to the menu (dinner runs $35 per person, everything included). Entrées include pastas, meat dishes, and plenty of fish. Look for other flourishes on the menu in specialized Balkan treats from a culture often not given due respect for their cooking.
