Who doesn’t like a drink special? Terrorists and puppy kickers, that’s who. Murray Hill’s Third and Long hopes to lure everyone else in with everything from happy hour on Thursdays and Fridays ($3 domestic drafts from 5pm-8pm) to $3 bottles of Corona and Michelob Light on Wednesdays to the nothing-is-cheaper-than-this $1 Buds and Bud Lights on Mondays and Tuesdays. But there is nothing more fun than “Kill the Keg” on Saturdays, which means $3 pints until—you guessed it—the keg’s empty. Pleasant locals crowd in for the friendly atmosphere amidst pumping dance tunes. Maybe it’s time to take a chance and go long.
