The West 79th Street Boat Basin Café, half restaurant and half bar, has a phenomenal view of the Hudson in a location that is leased from the New York Park Services. This is a seasonal bar, so take full advantage of it when the weather is nice. The food is your classic outdoor summer food like hamburgers and cole slaw, and drinks include your standard beer as well as some frozen cocktails.
