Town Tavern, where being 21 isn’t good enough to get in—on the weekends, this neighborhood bar requires its crowd to be 23 and older. What that leaves is a gathering of grad students, locals, and a few seventh-year freshmen to chow down on burgers, bob their heads to a loud stream of music, and get friendly in the unisex bathroom.
