football watchin, air-hockey playin, beer drinkin this is the place to go when it's been a long day and you need to chill and forget about the crazy city outside. whether it's a cold rainy day or a warm summer night, it just works. plus there are some really cute bartenders. all i know is i live in astoria and when i am on the uws i go to the donkey... Anyone who was ever a REAL regular at the Lodge knows that Blue Donkey is a cheap and not great substitute for the Lodge. The only reason people go there is that it is cheaper than the other bars around.
