Rather than soccer hooligans, this swank, dimly lit bar is filled with newly minted couples staring lovingly into each other’s eyes and thrusting tongues lovingly down each other’s throats. With an impressive international list of vodkas and tasty, if overpriced cocktails, it’s a real third-date kind of place. For all its class, there’s still a whiff of something slightly seamy: Like an old-school gentlemen’s club, you keep waiting for some business type to smack his waitress’s ass.
