When you come to Tela, you’ll say, “That was deep.” Deep in the metaphorical sense as well as the literal. Tela, Latin for fabric, concentrates on yours. The deep conditioning treatments are an indulgence everyone should feed their head with ($65-85 depending on length) and that’s because world-class stylist and product designer, Philip Pelusi is the one behind this Meatpacking gem. The very knowledgeable colorist deep conditioned our locks with the most delectable scented mixture, then the skilled stylist made us look like we were on the cover of Sports Illustrated. (Haircuts start at $125 with a Junior Stylist, $200 with a Senior Stylist. Color Services begin at $125.) We looked so good, the compliments kept coming in even at brunch the next day.

I'd never had a deep conditioning treatment until I went to Tela and it made my dull hair look and smell so great. Terrific staff and good prices for high quality stylists and colorists.
