It seems that this warm 12-seater bar/70-seat restaurant’s purpose is to make its patrons feel at home. Wooden panels and brick walls soften the light as the work of well-chosen local artists make rotating appearances on the walls. The ceilings are tin and during the colder months the fireplace is turned on to add even more charm. The menu is New American, which includes pastas, fresh fish, and what they claim to be one of the best hamburgers in the city. Art, coziness, and meat—it all adds up to a friendly pub environment, sans rowdiness.
