Tasca: Whoever said lacing fruit with face-numbing amounts of alcohol was a poor decision has yet to visit Tasca. Take in the bleached-out Mediterranean-mod décor while you nibble on little plates of authentic Spanish cuisine ranging from succulent albondigas (meatballs) to near-perfect costilla fuego lento (short ribs). Despite the 100-strong Spanish wine list (which is quite impressive), the real star of this show is the Sangria. Whether you go red or white you’re sure to lose an inhibition or two by the time you reach the fresh cut apples, kiwis, and grapes littered with copious amounts of hidden booze.
