Sullivan Street Diner: You’re hungover from one too many bottles of wine and it’s a workday. You need to make it through the entire day and pull your sorry ass together for the weekend. What do you need? A Dutch oven! Sullivan Street Diner has one in which they make amazing Dutch pancakes. (We didn’t know what they were either, so we Googled it.) Made with bacon, served with maple syrup—it’s like a pancake/crepe and great hangover food. You can get them with Nutella and bananas and a variety of other ways, plus they serve burgers and we just found out they have a full bar (should you want to delay that hangover). So they close at 11pm—it’s still a great place to help get you through the day and early evening. |
