Stout NYC: Don’t come to these parts looking for a tasteful whiff of eau de vie. This establishment is devoted to the sacred brew derived from malt. Stout picks up a good deal of the overflow from MSG, and gives that establishment’s in-house catering team a good run for their money. Besides, they’ve got more stouts on the menu over here. If you’re pining for some godforsaken bottle of brew, odds are Stout stocks it. Even if they don’t, you’ll forget what you were looking for by the time you make your way through the menu of 20 brews on tap and 125 or so in bottles. A hefty-sized menu guarantees you won’t wake up with a hangover, unless you choose to. |
