Don’t come to these parts looking for a tasteful whiff of eau de vie. This establishment is devoted to the sacred brew derived from malt. Stout picks up a good deal of the overflow from MSG, and gives that establishment’s in-house catering team a good run for their money. Besides, they’ve got more stouts on the menu over here. If you’re pining for some godforsaken bottle of brew, odds are Stout stocks it. Even if they don’t, you’ll forget what you were looking for by the time you make your way through the menu of 20 brews on tap and 125 or so in bottles. A hefty-sized menu guarantees you won’t wake up with a hangover, unless you choose to.
Although the brew selection is probably what Stout is known for, the burgers should not be missed either!

I've drank at a few places around the city and many have a few beers on tap. This place has 20+ on tap which is really handy when getting rowdy. Despite being close to Penn station the crowd is not bad here during the week. Can't say what it is like on the weekends.
