But once inside South 4th, its wares prove differently: modern art, beautifully wood-crafted tables and chairs, and a full bar make this a stand-out for its often stand-off location. Cafe by day and bar by night, it seems that only the older crowd is hip to the bar's quiet atmosphere and free WiFi. Just don’t expect it to last for long.
