SB3: While its name sounds like the next big budget Tom Cruise flick or even a late ‘90s bubblegum boy band, SB3 (aka Sexy B) is a relatively low-key East Village bar and eatery off 3rd St. Complimenting seasonal menu selections (which rarely top $10), the array of playful beverages designed by mixologist Marty Vaz (Spice Market, Gin Lane) are what really have us buzzing (literally). Much of the décor, like the ingredients, are locally grown, including floral bouquets along the dark stone bar, tiny seasonal blooms at each table, and juicy citrus garnishes on your martini glass.
