Resto: Beer. Fries. Waffles. No, not the three carbs you consumed last night in that order after way too many of the first, it's the three words that pop into your head when someone says: Belgium. Resto is here to tell you there's more to that country than just the famous trio, and they'll prove it. The long room is outfitted with low lighting and dark wood for a cozy feel (didn't you just know Belgium was cozy) and the bar is outfitted with a marble top and over 60 varieties of beer from the Mother Land, and a long list of Euro wines. The menu is a Euro trip all its own, spiced lamb ribs, scallops with brussel sprouts (of course), burgers, and for dessert, waffles, and an entire chocolate menu. No "resto" for the overindulgent! |
