Redd’s Tavern: If you’re an older man, or you’re looking for one on a Wednesday night, Redd’s is your spot. A younger crowd lingers on weekends, crawling up on huge comfy couches beside décor, like a vintage gas pump, significantly older than the regulars. Drink a beer and relax, or challenge a local to a game of pool at the roomy red table. Out the back sliding door is a rather chill smoking patio/beer garden, which fits right into the neighborhood with a random old bathtub, and an understood rule of hushed weeknights out of neighborly respect.
