ReBar
Dapper drinkers head to ReBar to get Re-tarded (sorry, we just had to) in that ultra-classy kind of way, of course. This sprawling space has a great-looking dark wood bar and plenty of windows, as well as a roomy upstairs gallery where you can see an art exhibition or catch a gig with an up-and-coming band. Downstairs, there's an excellent beer selection that's heavy on the lesser known microbrews, and a wine list that picks up on the organic trend, all of which are mandatory for a place that bills itself as a “Shrine to the Art of Drinking.” ReBar’s super-high ceilings and massive columns resemble those in the SoHo lofts of yesteryear: a DUMBO trademark. Is it worth a trip on the train? Depends on how much you feel a need to be out of the ordinary.

Great

Nice hostess, great music, dapper crowd and airy atmosphere. I'll definitely re-visit.
