What they're saying: Having left its original location in the back of Rock Star Bar for greener pastures, it has been a long road back for Pies N' Thighs. Almost two years long, in fact. Myriad municipal setbacks have delayed the return of this much-loved comfort food spot, but November 1st is now rumored to be the opening date. However, no year was mentioned.
What we're saying: As far as northern "southern" food goes, Pies N' Thighs was top-notch. Plus, any place that could make Rock Star Bar bearable is worthy of every accolade previously thrown at it. We ate there plenty of times in the past and we'll line up for the new place too, if it ever opens. |
