Phebe’s Tavern and Grill, named after the original owner’s dog, is a fine tribute to any canine. Since the bar fell under new ownership about two years ago, Phebe’s got a face lift. The bar has plenty of TVs for the sports enthusiast, expansive windows with stained-glass panels, and a large back room for private parties. A DJ makes an appearance Friday and Saturday nights.
