not a party place A friend recently held a birthday party at Pangea, the passed food was cold and pedestrian at best, the drinks were served in teeny tiny wine glasses. The lady's room was a disgrace. I had a fight at the coatcheck trying to retreive my coat with my scarf. This is not a party place at all, just an annoyance, Posted by: Allan On: 12/2/2007 3:12:00 AM bad food, bad management The food is edible at best and overpriced, we waited an hour for our food despite the fact that the place was nearly empty. The Cuban owner was screaming insanely at the staff in front of the customers which made for a completely unforgivable and miserable dining experience.
