Delectable ceviche and a fashion-forward scene are on tap for the former Sapa space, where chef Doug Rodriguez (Patria) is set to open Nuela this fall. With fashion designer Angel Sanchez in charge of the decor and Hamptons personality/supermodel Nacho Figueras a partner in the venture, this looks to be one sizzling scene.
