Nios: This spot at the Muse hotel serves up a welcome reprieve from the grit and grime of Times Square. At least we can promise the "Naked Cowboy" won't be trailing in behind you. Take a seat at the marble bar, under chandelier lighting, and chill with a cocktail by master mixologist Jacques Bezuidenhout. He's famous for putting together show-stopping drinks like Port of Manhattan and Old Harlem. Try La Perla, a mix of Reposado tequila, pear liqueur and Manzanilla sherry. Standards like the Moscow Mule and Sidecar are also executed to perfection. The top-tier drinks go well with the all-American menu from chef Patricia Williams, formerly of the Morrell Wine Bar. By the way, Nios is Greek for the nine Muses of mythology. So rub your glass three times, and see if they inspire you to order a second round. Open Sun. 7am-1am, Mon.-Fri. 6:30am-1am, Sat. 7am-1am.
