Mundial: There’s not much to say about Mundial except this: Come here for a drink or two and then peace out! Once a hotspot for soccer fanatics, this narrow bar, hidden on East 12th Street, offers a chill vibe, sparse lighting, and…guess what? You can actually hear each other talk. Wednesday through Saturday, the DJs spin urban beats from The Pharcyde to Prince. And if you actually need more privacy, head to the room next door, where jazz bands perform, or for a smoke break, go to the tiny back patio. Mundial: a decent pre-game destination. That’s it, folks.
