The scene—a vintage hodgepodge of benches and candlelit coffee tables, red walls and long curtains, hardwood floors, and multicolored lights—is energetic and vibrant, overseen by a discreet portrait of Moe, “The Simpsons”’ lonely, ill-tempered bartender. The barkeeps here are more of the attractive hipster variety, and they keep the crowd satiated with inexpensive drinks, including a seven-days-a-week happy hour, and friendly service.
