 Awful Went for new year's eve. Took us 1/2 hour to check our coats, 45 min wait for the bathroom and then....1.5 hours to get our coats at the end of the night, with one of my friends leaving without his, because they couldn't find it, despite having the ticket. Clearly they had oversold the venue, and to make it worse the staff was very ill-prepared to manage the crowds or lines, and turned to rudeness, which made things worse. On top of it, they had only two bartenders working that night, of all nights, and it was obvious that these two people were overwhelmed. I understand the 31st is always a bit hectic, but I have spent several other new years eve nights in NYC and this was by far, the worst! Posted by: nyc gypsy On: 1/2/2008 1:59:00 PM
