When Luna Lounge lost their Ludlow St. lease, that didn't stop owners Rob Schaefer and wife Susan, true rockers at heart, from fighting for their, er, your, right to party. The lounge reopened in Billysburg bigger, better, and most importantly, louder than ever. There's not a bad seat in the house; three times the size of the old space that's decked out in grey curtains and carnival-style mirrors. Have your ear drums blown out by bands from all over the world including up 'n comers or radio rockers like Interpol stopping by for a surprise jam session. A petty pittance (usually under ten bucks) will get you in to see the show, and cheapskates can wait until after to get in for free. |
