Lit: Lit is one of those places with a buzz, but no matter how popular it becomes, it still feels like an underground secret. You could literally stumble into the entrance, unless it’s after midnight—that’s when the crowd spills onto the street. Hang out upstairs for a rock scene or to see the art gallery, Fuse. It’s off-limits during heavy drinking hours (for good reason), but you can see art through the glass doors and quite often art magazine favorites display here. DJs (who are often celebrities) play, or you can head downstairs to check out a screeching rock act. Puritans take note: These bathrooms are notorious for debauchery. |
