That said, the seats are comfy (and quite available on off-nights) and most importantly, the cocktails are inspired combinations of unusual ingredients and infusions, including a cilantro martini, a caipirinha using ginger and basil, and coming soon, the long-awaited marriage of bacon and bourbon (yes!). If you do show up when an impromptu networking session is in full swing, watching social media types brainstorming the "next big thing" will make your drink taste downright 2.0 (or maybe 3.0).
