Le Souk: When the Jacob brothers, Sammy and Marcus, opened Le Souk, they based it upon a traditional Middle Eastern open-air market. There are five distinct areas: the dining room, patio, open-air garden, tent, and lounge. Le Souk is dripping with seduction and debauchery. They have belly dancing lessons every night but Sunday, and gorgeous women are shaking their hips as their dates are toking on the hookah. Talk about setting the mood. Prepare your senses to be on overdrive with robust North African/Moroccan cuisine complemented by illuminated lanterns, exquisite tiles, and a saturation of color. It doesn’t get much sexier than this—just remember that beautiful things come with a price tag and LOTS of attitude. (Seriously, some of the staff here will put you off ever returning.) |
