No jackets are required, though plenty of patrons are sporting them anyway (and look like they might never take them off). Perfect for impressing friends or clients, the flame-colored lair is anchored by a sweeping wine tower filled with 20,000 bottles. Small plates, from the pedestrian mini-burgers to the more impressive charcuterie platters, are great for sharing and come with recommended wine pairings. With its relaxed atmosphere with just enough old-world sophistication, Le Cirque Wine Lounge is a solid spot to add to your Rolodex, but not one to write home about—unless, perhaps, your father lives in his smoking jacket.
