This 25-and-up professional contingent is only trying to blow off steam and the music helps, with a mix of throbbing soul and dance beats. Loosen that necktie because the Union Burger ($9) is a lot to swallow, or get sweet with grilled shrimp mango skewers ($11). After that, expect the typical bar fare until 11pm. Tense?
