It's loaded with rosemary vodka, pear puree, lemon juice, orgeat almond syrup, and fresh cranberries. Schaefer's menu is celebrated as market-driven (that's Green Market, by the way). Still, you can find a different kind of "market" at the stylish bar, one where you can work your magic on anyone you didn’t trample trying to get noticed. |
