Despite its mall chain-worthy name, Indian Express is not your typical curry-in-a-hurry. The chefs behind Tamarind want to take you on a slow ride through the vast flavors of India. In a soothing space featuring a waterwall, dine on inventive dishes such as Persian Mulligatawny soup, quail marinated in red chilies and yogurt, and homemade cottage cheese squares stuffed with mint and cilantro chutney. Most entrees are under $20, so don't be surprised to see finance types finding refuge in some of the 65 seats.
