French countryside restaurant Provence is getting an American makeover to serve all things farm fresh and rustic under the name of Hundred Acres. Just shuttered last month, the new venture is holding its opening party on May 19, so owner Marc Meyer and chef-partner Joel Hough have worked fast to turn around the space. The bar will feature a butcher shop-inspired design, complete with a range of meats on display. And as a nod to the tough economy, Hundred Acres is promising affordable prices, with entrees $22 and under.
