(of Home and Guest House). This bi-level, 6,000 square foot marvel of green-design is LEED Certified and even runs on wind-powered electricity. An au naturel interior of sustainable bamboo sounds cozy, though a bar area swathed floor to ceiling in eight species of leaves feels oddly like chillin' in Mother Nature's womb. Bump to hip-hop and house while enjoying luxe touches like ceiling-hung crystals. Rhythmically challenged? Plant yourself on banquettes complete with glass tables housing animal topiaries. Greenhouse is for high-class tree huggers, so lose those Birkenstocks, you hippie. Celeb sightings so far include revelers from Russell Simmons to Kevin Spacey.
