Gilt: Hey following in the footsteps of the famed Le Cirque is no small task, so let's give the management some credit. Of course, the breathtaking interior of the historic Villard Mansion is a pretty big plus for any establishment, and if you happen to be meandering around this touristy area, it's really a shame not to stop in. (We did notice that bizarre futuristic installation in the barroom; we're just not going to even talk about it, OK?) This watering hole always has a few well-heeled locals swishing their single malts and flexing their loafers, so why not get in on the action? Who knows, maybe you'll land a new business contact. Or at least a friend who belongs to the local polo club. |
