Fusion: Fusion has an interesting mix of everything, but not in a too-many-cooks-in-the-kitchen kind of way. Weekend DJs spin you around the world and back as neighborhood hipsters mix it up with CBS and Sony execs. Bright red walls and a long mod bar lead the way to a blue-hued lounge with exposed brick, low black leather couches, and sexy lighting. The tented backyard garden is outfitted with candlelit tables and cozy benches perfect for an al fresco meal ordered from a neighboring restaurant. It’s one of the only bars with a frequent drinker’s card—after $100 worth of punch holes, you get $20 towards drinks and you should definitely make one the Pussyfoot, Fusion’s spiked version of a creamsicle.
