Frankies 17: If you can find this somewhat out-of-the-way little Italian restaurant, you'll be greatly rewarded. At first glance, Frankies seems like your stereotypical tiny Italian joint, complete with traditional dishes like braised pork shank with rosemary gigante beans. But unlike your standard Italian joint, it's also very romantic, reasonably priced, and has a great wine selection.
