Fette Sau (“fat pig” in German) brings the tastes of the South to the hip streets of Williamsburg with smoked meats ranging from classic steak to the always alluring pork belly. This glorified pig pen comes fully equipped with picnic tables, outdoor driveway seating, and all the rustic charm of a butcher working magic in a two-car garage. Nab one of the bar’s tractor-seat stools and brace yourself for the staggering American bourbon list (try the 21-year Black Maple Hill Rye). WOW!

Who knew the south could come to Williamsburg. This incredible selection of beer and bourbon will surely make the hot summer days much more bearable.
