Falucka Lounge:
Want a piece of the Middle East in the West Village? Look no further than Falucka Lounge, where every Sunday night belly dancers will shimmy up to you as you blaze up indoors...from a hookah full of flavored tobacco, of course. On any given night you can get your own bump and grind on to the DJs spinning house music, and even if there isn’t a lot of room to do so in this spot, isn’t the whole point of dancing to get sweaty and up close and personal with drunken strangers? If you’re really ballsy, have one buy you a Mangotini (at $9-10 a pop) since cocktails here are a little steep. The bar fills up fast and arriving early helps you stay out of the last place you want to be: on the other side of the dreaded velvet rope.
I had a party there with bottle service. The management promised all sorts of special deals and discounts gallore. Of course upon recieving the bill this was not the case. For a few hooka's and a bottles of vodka they cahrged us $2500!!! Half of the things on the bill were never even ordered and we got nothing "on the house" as they promised. The owners are very shady and I would never in my life go there again. Besides all that, the place is a dump, the floors are corroding wood, the mens bathroom did not have a toilet, I mean come on! it was just disgusting. Oh and then they told us, not to worry because no one from our party would have to pay a cover charge, well it turns out there was not even a cover charge for anyone that night! Terrible.

We went there yesterday for the first time. Music is amazing, keeps you on your feel all night long. Energized crowd, lots of drinks and hookah. THE place to be on Saturday night!
