Eden: Sure, this isn’t our idea of paradise, but a no-hassle, sunny rooftop in Times Square is a good idea anytime. Open from 5 to 10pm, Eden takes over the former Jade Terrace on the top floor of the massive, 24-year-old China Club (now known as Opera). There’s no tough door or cover charge, and weekly St. Tropez Thursdays with complimentary massages offer a respite for off-duty 9-to-5’ers. While we’re not fans of the fake plants, the pastel, open-air deck is nice enough to tempt Midtown Adams and Eves to escape from the office early. Expect to drop at least $6 on beer and $15 cocktails—after all, you are on an NYC rooftop.
