East Side Social Club:
What they're saying: Not much. This social club—soon to be housed in the former Montparnasse—is, apparently, the brainchild of some of the folks behind semi-secret spots Macao Trading Co. and Employees Only. Plus, one of the co-owners is celebrity photog Patrick McMullan. So expect some fancy press photos.
What we're saying: Finally, a place for people in Midtown to get fancy drinks! Actually, who are we to judge; we've got almost nothing to go on except an opening date (November 16th). Don't believe the lack of hype.
