What was the man, who to so many epitomizes a modern French Chef thinking? He was thinking that comfort food, be it escargot and steak frites, the aforementioned burger, matzo ball soup, strozzapretti pasta, and a menu thats chock full of gourmet comfort food is good for what ails you.
