DBGB (Daniel Boulud Good Burger) had people wondering if it really wasn't going to be a 194-seat sausage and beer restaurant. What was the man, who to so many epitomizes a modern French Chef thinking? He was thinking that comfort food, be it escargot and steak frites, the aforementioned burger, matzo ball soup, strozzapretti pasta, and a menu thats chock full of gourmet comfort food is good for what ails you.
