A real drinker’s bar, Clem’s has a six-hour happy hour every day of the week. Serving up drinks like the “Gin & Sin” in addition to an ever-changing menu of specials, this is definitely not the place to skulk if you’re looking to drain a few PBRs. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable and the crowd seems a bit more grown-up than those haunting other local watering holes. The weekends get crowded, but during the week you can grab a dark booth and watch the foot traffic on Grand for hours (without seeing the same pair of legwarmers twice!). The jukebox is stocked and the take-out menus are behind the bar, so hunker down and get ready to weather whatever storm heads your way.
