Casa Mezcal: Come this summer, you'll be able to get a dose of culture with your mezcal tequila shot. Casa Mezcal, a soon-to-open restaurant and bar, will keep the normally party-hardy LES classy with a four-floor Mexican cultural center, complete with a cinema and area for live music in the basement, and other similarly cultural spaces (think gallery and workshop). The owners, one of whom who also happens to own Nolita's El Portal, even import their own Mezcal tequila.
